Popplet make it and break it

I was learning that numbers can be made and broken up in a number of different ways.  I  found it a bit tricky because I didn't get patterns quickly.

M next step is to learn or get patterns quicker.

You have used a lot of addition and subtraction methods of making 20. Be careful when you are mixing addition and multiplication - we will need to learn how to use brackets to make sure you get the answer you want.
